Explaining the Rules of the Game in Port

We answer specific questions about maritime negotiations and port law. No fluff, facts and specific deadlines matter.

How quickly will I receive document analysis?
We will provide the first opinion on your charter agreement within 72 business hours. We focus on laytime and demurrage clauses. This is a short time, but it allows for detecting errors before the ship even enters port.
Do you represent companies in disputes with the port authority?
Yes. We lead discussions with terminal operators and port authorities in Gdynia and Gdansk. We resolve disputes over access to quays and storage areas. Our quayside practice allows us to speak the language of facts that officials cannot ignore.
How much does the negotiation service cost?
Point analysis of one agreement costs 2,850 PLN. Full negotiation of charter terms is valued at 5,400 PLN. Rates are clear and without hidden commissions. Frankly, it's a fraction of the amount shipowners lose on a single poorly worded laytime clause.
Do you help with formalities related to buying a ship?
We verify the legal status of the unit in international registers and help with efficient flag changes. We usually close the entire auxiliary vessel legalization process in 3.2 months. We focus on hard charter terms and class certificates.
During what hours can I contact you?
We work Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (technical break 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM). On Fridays, the Gdynia office finishes work at 3:00 PM so the team can close weekly reports. The office is closed on weekends because, without unnecessary talk — everyone needs time for recovery.
